The three winners of the Best Farmer 2010, organised by the Rural Humanitarian Services Foundation with the sponsorship of the CIC Agri Project met President Mahinda Rajapaksa. The three winners were Priyantha Weeraratne of Agunukolapelassa, Nalin Chaminda of Hettipola and Aninda Weerasinghe of Hawaeliya. Jude Kapitiya who won the Best Farmer of 2009 was also present.
